Shipping & Returns


Our shipping policies are pretty simple! Shipping is coordinated through USPS Priority Mail and is calculated through the Wix platform. We also offer expedited shipping options that you will see an option for at checkout.  We carefully secure all items to prevent leakage and to provide quality assurance that your items arrive safely and in one piece! If for any reason an item comes damaged please send an email to with a picture of the damages and we will be happy to ship out a replacement at no cost to you! Your satisfaction is the top of our priority list! If you like the product you received please leave us a review or send an email to let us know that you enjoyed the package you received! 

We like to hold up to the standards of care and concern for our environment so we make sure that all of our items use minimal amounts of plastic and make sure that all items are of reusable and renewable resources! We ask that our customers make sure to try their best to reduce, reuse and recycle! All of our bath and body items are housed in glass, with an airtight seal, to prevent contamination. Even though we utlize high grade thick adhocking jars, we ask that you please use extra caution to make sure these items are stored somewhere safe where they will not break! Items that are delicate will be wrapped carefully to ensure that the product gets to you in one piece.  If a product arrives damaged please contact us with photos to show us what happened this way that we take even more caution in the future. If you would like a special order for a gift, please let us know in advance so that we can send a special note on your behalf and have optional gift wrapping upon request.  We also offer the option to ship the gift directly to the recipient please just let us know the shipping address for that item as well. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Sabrina The Good Witch is made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy. Our products are carefully packed, but we realize that damage can occur during shipping. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours. Unfortunately, since we are selling products that are in the cosmetic/health and beauty sector, by law we are not permitted to accept returns on those specific items. But if you contact me on the specific issue you are having with a particular product we will make sure to make right of the situation! Our customers' satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we ultimately want you to be happy and continue to be a customer of ours for years to come! Please save all of your shipping materials so they can be submitted to USPS for a damage assessment. If your product was sent in error or incorrectly please email for a return authorization.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personal products that are not defective or damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.  We are a small family-owned business, and this allows us to continue to offer our products at an affordable rate.

I got a message saying my order was delivered but I don't see it:
We are seeing this happening more and more with US deliveries.  It appears that some post offices mark packages as delivered when they are received at the local post office.  This can be 1-2 days before they are actually delivered.  If this happens to you, please wait 1 day then contact us at
